- How do I keep my saw clean? Refer to our Maintenance Guide. To assist with cleaning: before each use, wipe the inside of the door and under the tray with an oily cloth (any generic vegetable oil) and dust with any generic flour. This aids cleaning after use. NOTE: DO NOT hose the machine, only use a damp soapy cloth. During consistent use and cutting large quantities of meat, clear surplus meat and bone dust periodically from inside the door to prevent blade and pulley issues. After cleaning, apply more oil and flour for the next use. Remember to loosen the blade when storing the saw.
- How much warranty is provided for the saws? Each saw has a 1 year guarantee on all parts (except blade and guides) from the date of purchase, provided it has been regularly cleaned, correctly maintained and used under normal conditions. REMEMBER: DO NOT hose down your saw, this will void the warranty.
